I've used this lot a fair bit before for business cards - as I can design the card online with my own logo etc. Easier and cheaper than the printers. Recently they seem to have branched out with a European HQ and a .ie website.

We placed a fairly big order with them thru the .ie site, and now 3 weeks after the delivery window expired nothing has arrived. They have ignored 4 emails sent through their online form over the course of 2 weeks, and there is no phone number listed on the site. Should we just do a chargeback on the credit card, or can anybody find a phone number for this lot?

    Thanks.

Ah would ya relax FuzzyLogic, ffs? Boards.ie is a community where we all help each other, and I help out whenever I can - trawl my old posts if you don't believe me.

I don't want anybody to do legwork for me. I just wondered if anybody had the inside track on vistaprint from previous dealings, regarding an Irish contact of any sort. I already checked their .ie whois info - nothing useful. I found an address for the European HQ on the site, but no phone number. I also wanted to get a feel for whether people have been thru a situation like mine, and if they just did a chargeback.

Yeah 'tis odd - there's a .com and a .co.uk domain with toll free numbers. The .biz (supposedly the EU site) and the .ie are lacking an address or phone number. The domainregistry.ie WHOIS tool returns less info than I expected.

    It's chargeback time methinks.

I recently used Vista Print to order some free business cards (special offer) which were delivered in good time. I paid £3.62 postage. Since then, a company called VPREWARDS.COM (turns out to be their sister company) have debited my bank account by £9.95 without my authorisation! I can find no address or telephone number and my emails demanding my money back are being ignored. I have had to cancel my card in case they try to steal more money from me!

did you get the cards in the end squibs?

I did - it took nearly 3 months. At that point I'd already done a chargeback on the credit card. They never acknowledged a single email.

I am now having the same problem. Last Week I received 250 Business Cards with a mistake that happened at printing 2 weeks ago. I have now written 4 e-mails and it says that they would get back to me within 24 hours. Has anyone come up with a Telephone no. ? Please Help

Vista Print Customer Service is based in the UK & they look after the .IE site also. Just rang them and they sorted my order out no problem.

    Phn. 0800 028 8251

    From Ireland ring 0044 800 028 8251
    Cheers.
