Bios problem

I have an asus a7v8x-mx MB which uses the awdflash tool to update its bios the problem is when I go to update it in dos I get a error msg "insuffient memory" any body else come across this Cheers

You are probably using a Microsoft boot disk?
Try a specific BIOS flashing one from www.bootdisk.com and just put awdflash and your BIOS file on it.
It should work then.
