    Well Folks,
    Bought a new pair of Zildjian A new beat 14inch hi hats from thomann the other night yeaaahh cant wait for these!, always wanted a pair but had a really goood pair of 14 Zildjian ZXT max hats - so never bothered replacing. Saw the "hot deal" for E198 for these hats! which are retailing for E430 over here - well i had to jump on it and hey presto!!..there on the way.
    Neil Peart used these all thru his Zildjian days ( yeah yeah i know ...here he goes again! ) ah well always wnated a pair and when now I least expected them hey presto...their mine!!!!!

    I'm disappointed Baggio, I though you'd be a Sabian man by now like me and Neil ;)

    How goes the band? When will we get to hear these "hats" you speak of?

    Doc, how goes it,
    welll was looking at Pearts Paragon complete cymbal set up on saturday in RDS , they were on display etc, well have to admit I would like em, but his stuff just looks so much better than the usual sabian "look" that Ive never been keen on. Obviously its how they sound that counts, but hey im a cosmetics goon aswell :p ,,,,but have to say if i was very cash flush *some hope*,,I would buy a set of them for maybe a second kit?....yu can get the complete set including hard/pro flight case for $1500 on ebay....sounds a lot of cash, but thats a real cheap deal compared to here...so who knows...if the gg's are kind to me at the weekend....?? :D
    Lookig forward to new hats, when ya gonna hear em???.*sighs* ,,well I really dont know, were still trying to get a singer in,weve rehearesed everything that we can ,,and have decided theres no point wasting money in studio each week doing what we already know. So will strip it down again and START by getting a singer and go from there with her/his feel for what they can/want to sing....so thats where it's at at the mo,,,veryy frustrating I know, and Im itching to finally let rip with the red machine but thats the way things are at the mo.
    Im involved with another band aswell...decent bunch of lads, more large pub type band, but theyr good players who want to gig soon , so am playing covers of bands id never really be into...however am able to drop in some Peart moments so keeps me hapy :)

    jesus baj u can seriouly talk...he holds his breth while he's typing all this stuff doc...nice one baj best of luck sellin the other ones...i'll vouch for the zxt high hats he has they are spot on and well worth the money he's sellin em for!!!
