    i'm not a great wine drinker at all.. at best i'll sip rose but in Turkey we had this sweet white wine that was gorgeous. its called Pammukale, Symphony. i've tried but cant find it anywhere.... anyone any ideas????

    you won't find it in ireland i'm afraid.
    and probably not outside turkey as only the major labels get out.
