The player in question has been very loose all night and was on tilt a bit. My call on the flop looks very poor but I thought I might still have a winning hand based on previous play. Do I call here.

Hmmm. Is he playing A3d or 68d. these are really my only worries. If I have called on the flop I've called becuase ideally, I think if I hit a five I'll win a big pot. This game looks super loose. I call. where is this fantastic game btw?

I dont think you can lay it down here, I couldnt anyway. Against a very loose player like that, this is the hand I have been waiting for.

PPP. It was great fun. There were two players who were excellent, or so they kept telling each other. "I only folded because I know you are a great player" and "I only bet because I knew you were good enough to fold". Great fun i tell ya.

I can't see this guy having A3 or 68, although this game seems amazingly loose for a $1/$2 game, a UTG raise and 6 callers pre-flop!!!, then a raise and a re-raise and still 4 players in for the turn!! And now an All-in!!! It looks like he has AA or KK or something similar and didn't want so many callers at any stage.

I don't think I would have called on the flop, check, check, raise, re-raise, call????

But now that you're in this situation I suppose try and look at what to do, with two players still to act what could they possibly have to still be in this pot???? surely one of these 3 players have 77, or the blinds could easily have A3 or 68 and so a fold would be OK too, Looking forward to hearing what happened though.

    EDIT,
The reason I might fold is because of the other players in the pot but it would depend on what these players were like, loose fish calling stations, good solid 1/2 players, etc. etc.

good call steo. I called , putting the original bettor on an overpair, but so did the two players to act after me. First bettor had the hammer (72). Unfortunately the smallest stack had A3 for the made str8 and the 'great one' had K7d for the flush draw, which hit. I still got some money back in the side pot but so many of us played it terribly (me included) that I thought it was interesting.
