joining a club

    I'm thinking about joining a club, anyone have any experience of the various clubs? Feel free to PM me.

    It's as much to do with keeping up skills and having something to do over the winter as anything. I joined a club before but couldn't really get into it, this club is a bit nearer. I do find it hard to get my PADI mindset around the whole CFT thing.

    http://www.discoverscuba.net/ is a good place to start - don't have much experience of it myself but a mate of mine runs it and apparently it is excellent (according to him ;) )

    Downtime

    I don't need to do anymore PADI courses . . I need to occupy myself during the winter and dive regularly during the summer. Usually I just toss around diving with various groups in the summer but now . .maybe it's TIME.

    I was thinking of joining Viking SAC.
