    Howdy,

Not sure if this it the right place for this......

The company i work for wants to take the department (about 8 of us) out for a teambuilding type outing and they want ideas... last year we went clay pigeon shooting and quad biking which was great but not everyone could participate in the quad biking because of back trouble and the like.

Has anyone any good ideas? What had ye done before?

They have a decent amount of money to spend but want to be able to get everyone involved.

    thanks in advance
    SW.

This will sound ridiculous, but when I worked for Microsoft we used to go out to strip clubs (the girls as well!)

It actually really worked when it came to team bonding because it made us all experience an intimate situation together.

    Seriously :)

But maybe that was just Microsoft...

how about the dublin sea safari? they do a boat ride out into dublin bay (sorry i'm assuming you are in dublin or within easy reach of it) and drive you around for about 90 mins. Suppose to be good craic. I do like the idea of the strip clubs though!! :D

Frankly I think it's disgusting that your company have put aside a hefty budget to encourage you to 'out' people in the workplace. Let them come out when they feel comfortable to do so. You could then be free to spend the money on a good night out with your work colleagues whenst you could all rejoice in gayness.

Viking splash tour? Those are fun.

I'd just say steer clear of things like paintballing...
