Just wondering if anyone saw the first eps of the new american drama Tilt last saturday on Challenge? Personally I think shows like these promote the game and acheive a greater following and have a positive impact on the game's image.

Although I'm not sure it promotes the game though, it's all about sharks looking for, and cleaning out amateur players or bad players, and they do this by hook or by crook, either way their money is going to them!!!

Well yes I suppose. It does though bring poker to a new audience. I have to say I really enjoyed it though.

Possibly, although who else will be watching Challenge at 10 or 11 on a Saturday night or when ever it's on, except for Poker Players,

But you could have a point and possibly because the show is so good, it might get bigger by word of mouth, and anyone new that is introduced to the game by whatever means has to be good for the game..... Is this how you go into the game, no offence intended, just see you new here???

No I have being playing for years, Im just new to this site. Its like most shows like these, I know many people who hate football but follow shows like DreamTeam as if it is the bible. I just think shows like therse will get the game a new audience.
