    Man’s body found on riverside walkway in Sligo

    Gardaí in Sligo are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found in the town this morning.

    The remains were found at around 6am on Rockwood Parade, a walkway beside the Garravogue River.

    The scene has been preserved for technical examination, while a post mortem is also due to be carried out later today

    Heard it on the radio today, was it drugs, gang etc.

    He died as a result of a fall according to the Ocean FM website.
