Same here. Journalism changed sometime between Thursday and Friday, because now we have a class on Friday whereas before, it was just Monday-Thursday.

    P.S. I'm very angry.

    http://www.dcu.ie/timetables/search.shtml

This is the 2005/2006 provisional timetable and subject to change (Students should check their timetable daily)

IIRC, "(Students should check their timetable daily)" is a permanent message...

    Yeah it is.

By now your timetable should be pretty much final, any changes from here on in will be told to you by the lecturer rather than you finding out by looking at the timetable.

I'm happy enough, Tues- Friday for me for the first semester. :D

They're modular; the way it's organised you won't be able to pick two that are on at the same time.

    for example:

"Pick three of the following from these fields, you may not pick more than one from the same row:

    Maths, Physics, Electronics
    Philosophy, English, Latin
    Biology, Chemistry, Psychology"

(obviously this isn't a CA timetable, but the principle is the same)

    Yeah same for me. http://www.dcu.ie/timetables/feed.php3?prog=CA&per=1&week1=1&week2=12&hour=1-20&template=student
At 12.00 on tuesday I'm meant to be in for Electronics and in my DCU e-mail I have a message from D Donnellan saying I'm in for CA165! Don't know what I'm going to do.

Most of the things have been explained and they run at the same time due to choices you have made. However I stand in the same place as you. I got sent an email telling me I have D.Donnellan for a tutorial on tuesday at 12 however at the same time I have a lecture for electronics :S

Can anyone explain this weirdness? I mean does that just mean that I dont go to the tutotial and go to the lecture or should I can I message someone to explain my predicament?

    Pick one and show up.

Then just switch to the one you're supposed to be in when they have the lists up (though they might even have the lists up on the notice board in the computing building tomorrow).

Maybe things have changed since I did CA but I don't think Tutorials start in week 1, closer to week 3 maybe. And they usually (or used to) post class lists on the noticeboard in the (new) CA lobby.
