    I think what will happen is that the buyer with the highest max bid will win, if both have the same max bid and both 5 seconds lead, it will be up to eBay to decide what they got 1st of their system.

    Auctionsniper only bids once 5 seconds before the end of the auction, but you can change the time to higher than 5 seconds.
