Have you tried Travellers contact point in the Dymocks building on George St? Seems to be the best place to find a place to stay

Bondi is just swarming with Irish, which isn't necessarily a good thing, it is what you left after all, but if you want to be surrounded by Irish thats where to go. It also depends on what you plan on working at, if you are staying long here, and your budget.

Youu can find many short term 1 person share accomodation, $100 ish, by just walking around and reading post boards etc. Interested in meeting for a pint, send me a PM im living in the Cross and working in city.
