    Tony,
Do you get a quad lnb by default when you get a SKY+ installation. Does that mean it is all ready to go to install a 2nd box?
    Thanks

Quad is better value and lets you have Sky+.
A Dual is only a bit cheaper and won't fit on a Sky Dish arm.

    Three kinds of Quad:
    1) Peg built in for Sky Dish
    2) Round neck for normal LNB holder (i.e. 80cm Dish or Lidl dish)
    3) Flange for very big dish with its own feed horn.

Also (1) probabily only "sees" about 75% of the dish if you file the peg off and mount it on a regular 70, 80, 90, 1m dish. (Different focus rings built in)

So if you have a Sky Dish Tony is 100% correct. Otherwise he might be 100% correct!

He sells nice Dual if that is what you really need, but it likely isn't.

    Yes
Just add Coax (CT100 or better) and two F-Connectors.

    You can have 2 Sky+
    Or
    2 ordinary Sky and 1 x Sky+

    Or
1 PC sat card recording FTA programs, 1 Sky+ and one ordinary Sky or FTA rx.

All four outputs are separate but "see" the same Satellite position.

A regular Sky box, PC card or FTA box takes one connection.

A Sky+ box takes TWO connections.

It does not say the type of cable, if it was CT100 I guess they would say so. You should really install it yourself as its not difficult and you might find it hard to get an installer to do this if he is not supplying the equipment. Good price on the LNB's if they are new, I pay much more at the wholesalers than these guys are selling at.
