    Has anyone noticed the 300 free webtexts on the meteor site have been taken down ?? Or is it just me ?

    I've heard rumours the Eircom bought meteor, is this true ?

    I'm using them right now. Click on the add for 5c texts on the left. Then the free texts link is on the column on the left.

    I dont see any add for 5c texts. Not sure if bill pay layout is different from pay as you go but I'm bill pay and cant see any 5c texts.

    Any ideas?

    Was thinking the same thing a few minutes ago myself....bit of a fright when i realized i would have to buy credit...

    Maybe they were trying to fool us into thinking the free texts are gone... :D

    Do you not see a column to the right when you log in with view calls; top up online ect? It's in them links. Have you been able to use free texts before? I'm a bit clueless on what it's like with bill pay

    Click on "Whats New" after you sign in. Its in the middle of the screen. The free text link should be on the column on the left.

    Nice one. Its a bit different on bill pay. No top up online etc. But if you go to view calls its on that column.

    2 clicks of a mouse isnt going to kill me
    besides going to the page via bookmark will bring you to the sign in page for Meteor meaning you are going to have to click anyway

    when someone buys out a company do they still have to honour all the contracts they made, i.e. the free texts for life thing, or can they just rebrand the company or rename it or whatever and not give me my free stuff:D?
