Firearm Ownership

What sort of laws do you have in regard to firearms?
I'm trying to let people know why we need to keep up the struggle for firearm rights.
While our laws probably seem relaxed to say the least, we have many who want firearms banned altogether.
It's the same old story, once guns are gone America will be a safer place to live. In a strange twist many of the same people who want to abolish firearms have armed body guards. (they must be better than us mortals)
Some of the statistics used say children are killed almost every day by handguns. The stats fail to mention many of these children are as old as 24+ years. Stats also fail to mention the involvement with gangs and drugs. Seems that gangs and drugs are ok as long as firearms can be left out. Strange world we live in.
Simple facts show wherever firearms are owned legally crime drops. Reckon even the bad guys have a little sense.

Oh well enough ranting for today. In closing if you get a chance to visit this side of the pond I know a few ranges where we can shoot, talk guns, relax and have a nice day.

In comparison to the USA?Pretty strict1

Unless you are going to rewrite the constitution of the US and remove article 2,thussly negating all others and proably risking open civil war.Not to mind figuring how to control 200million odd KNOWN guns.I would say they have more than their work cut out.For the next 100 years at least.

Funny that alot of them are of Irish decent, and have no problem supporting terrorist organisations over in dear old Ireland.Or are adored over here depite lying to their nations, cheating on their respective spouses, and being generally too sweet to be wholesome.
