Not sure if this has already been covered (really missing that search option!) but does anyone have/can recommend any decent blues/rock type backing tracks that I can play along to? I'm thinking of stuff like Hendrix/Rolling Stones/Howlin Wolf/etc. Nothing too heavy 'coz I'm old and my fingers'll probably fall off if they are pushed too hard ;)

If there's another thread that I haven't seen, pass it on!

Wayhay! http://www.guitarbt.com. You need to register. The 3 tracks I checked were non-midi which was what I was after. I love you google! :D

You will need to buy them then extract the midi to fix it. Thats just the way it is.
Theres an austrailian site that you can buy them off.... then get yourself about €300 (depending on how many tracks you have) and give them to someone to fix up for ya

Thanks St3vo. Check out that sie I posted. Lots of stuff for SRV, Hendrix..even some metal stuff! It all sounds pretty much bang on with just the lead guitar stripped out.

I listened to the backing track for "The Ocean" by Led Zeppelin. It was fantastic, the singer was excellent!
