Socket 478 Mobo's?

Why is it so damn hard to find any decent motheboards for 478 chips :( . Went through komplett and pixmania and the few they have are not so great. I could not find 1 that supported Pci-ex or sli, do they even make them :confused: .

Intel is discontinuing the chips pretty soon. Unless a retailer has old stock, you'll be limited to budget boards.

I haven't seen a 915/925(PCI-E) chipset with socket 478 myself, doesn't mean they don't exist though. I doubt any nvidia sli boards will have socket 478.
