    How long does it normally take for them to ship the instruments?

    I orderd my bass in friday and the bass still has not been shipped!

    In fairness, one day has passed. If it's not in stock, it'll take a while. Email them.

    Ok i have just reacieved an email from ultimate guitar saying that my bass is now in but that they wont ship it because i am not buying a case from them(they say it is a new ups policy) so i have to fill in a form which they have given me in pdf format,does anyone know how to fill this in ? i can get it open in adobe but cant alter any of the content(such as fillng in my name).

    Print it, write down whatever and fax it back to them.

    yeah but i dont have a fax or scanner and my printers ****ed,i suppose i will have to do this in the library

    Then go to an internet cafe, get it printed out, fill it in and get them to fax it!

    yeah i know a place where i can go,i just dont see whyi cant just email them saying i dont want the case it seems really stupid to me.

    Written confirmation in case it gets smashed. You can't blame them. Emails aren't worth a ****e tbh.

    Emails can be faked. Faxes can be faked too but no where near as easily. It's an insurance cover thing.

    Yeah i get that but why would someone want to fake a form saying that they do not want to buy a case?I can see why they legally have to do it but it would be so much easier if they could just trust people.
