Internet Access from Roscrea

    A friend of mine is attempting to get broad band in Roscrea .. she isn't having much luck.
    I am looking for a couple of pieces of advice:

    1. Is it possible to get broad band around there? .. it seems to be impossible.

    2. For basic dial up access what ISP would anyone reccomend in Roscrea North Tipp Area .. I amn't sure what one she is using at the moment, but the download / upload speed is terrible.
