    Not sure what its worth and its taking up too much space ( Woman Pressure :mad: ) so i need a rough valuation before i put it up for sale gonna use it to subsidise a laptop of some description.

    its a Dell Poweredge 6400
    Specs
    4x P3 Xeon's 700Mhz
    3 Gig of Ram
    4x 36gig 10k Scsi Drives
    2x 73gig 10k Scsi Drives
    Dlt tape drive
    Plus loads of spares some Hard drives, Memory Board's and back Plane Raid board
    Any ideas would be Appreciated

    If I was buying it for a company I'd value it at in or around the 700-800 mark, including its spare parts... the disks and ram together would be around the 4-500 mark (I recently purchased half a dozen 72GB 10k disks for €230 each).

    Unfortunaly the backplane and memory board don't really hold any actual value until the existing one breaks... definitely handy to have though.
