Windows Remote Assistance

My sis was having a problem with her pc tonight and I thought I'd try to use remote assistance to connect to her pc to sort it out remotely. I got her to send an invite to my pc and she im-ed me the password. When I tried to connect I just got a "hostname not found" error. I tried to connect to her actual IP address (not her local one) and got something similar. Has anyone else tried this out at all?

    My details:
    IOLBB
    Win XP SP1 (fully patched)
    Zone Alarm Pro

    Her details:
    IBB
    Win XP SP2 (fully patched)
Windows Firewall (no other f/w installed).

Is her router set up to allow incoming connections to port 3389?

probably not actually. Not even sure what router she has. Don't know when I'll be able to get her to check that.
