MMA training in Lucan ???

    32 y/o living in Lucan.
    mad into mma, little tme on my hands and way out of shape.

    looking to start mma training close to home (preferably weekends)

    Hi,
    I doubt there is any MMA in Lucan but why not pop down to kickboxing in Leixlip? (I think there is a class on wednesday nights in Lucan actually).

    I only started myself a few months ago at 32 and its great fun.

    yeah come along its a good time of year as a lot of new people have just started.

    Monday Leixlip Amenities centre 7pm
    Wednesday An Scol Carlos 7pm
    Friday The Mill Celbridge 7pm
    Saturday Leixlip Amenities centre 12pm

    theres judo in the mill for adults on saturday morning, ak for times at the desk, that will sort your takedowns out and a little groundwork for good measure
