Fraudulent Seller

I found this guy on ebay today while browsing guitars. Now the thing is these guitars are worth between 1000 - 4000 euro and he's selling them through 1 day auctions with no reserve. His shipping prices are ridiculous (sp?), as it would cost minimum 80-100 euro to ship from China (apparently, even though his shipping prices seem to lead me to believe otherwise, why would someone from china list his shipping prices "Ireland: 50, Worldwide: 50", shouldnt that be China instead of Ireland?). He isnt using paypal so theres no recourse for any poor soul who actually sends him money, and finally all his feedback is so obviously faked. I have tried sending the auction codes to ebay a few hours ago (there doesnt seem to be an option to actually e-mail ebay with details about the seller ad why we believe its fake) but theres been no response as of yet and I'd hate to think of this scumbag making a few grand of some people who mightnt know any better (and my foolish friend who actually placed a bid without fully checking it out). For the sake of my friend (who wont pay now if he wins, but still wouldnt like to recieve negative feedback) and the other people is there anything more we can do? If my friend bids say 1,000,000 euro on every auction and wins, then later ebay realise the auction was fraudulent will the seller be able to leave negative feedback?

    He is indeed a scammer

Ebay will do nothing as he has not broken any of their rules. He has listed 1 day auctions so the chances of ebay even responding before the listing ends is zilch.

The gas thing is the fact that ebay will probably ban you for interfering with an auction!!

Well all his items have disapeared now, guess ebay got round to reading my messages (or someone elses, but I like to think mine :) )!
