/afk in arathi basin

What the hell is up with players afk'ing out in Arathi Basin when they see a good team. It's not just randoms doing this but even some alliance guild groups are starting to do it. I like an easy win as much as the next guy, but really what is the point of this? If you don't even try how will you ever learn?

come on alliance show some back bone, you all talked the talk, now it's time to walk the walk.

I know horde people do this vs some of the top alliance guilds. Lots of people used do it in AV, I think they didn't look forward to a two hour slog when they weren't going to gain any of the bonus honor and less rep (as their quest returners get killed etc).

whenever i'm in a random ab group and i see a group with the likes of denied/randoms (whats up with that) i usually afk to save myself the time wasted since we all decided earlier that alliance sucks in pvp especially organised pvp that the AB requires so much of. it must suck for you for not getting as much rep as you would in a normal proper 15 vs 15 game, since it's almost over in minutes and then you have to wait another 25mins+ to queue for another AB

This isn't new really, happened in gulch and AV all the time too... At its peak we'd get maybe 1 or 2 actual games a day in gulch.

difference between horde and alliance is that alliance can get into a new AB straight away.
explains why horde never /afk out because they have to wait 20minutes or so

The amount of alliance retards that come into AB on the vashj relm is unbelievable. I've only ever won about two battles there because people don't understand that all you need to do is take and hold three bases for the game. Instead everyone usualy goes in one huge clump to a certain base and stays there, so there is never any more than one huge group and a few retards doing something completely different somewhere else miles away from any of the bases. Then they all come out scratching their heads wondering why they lost when the horde have 4 bases at any one time! I'm sick of it!
