    So thats my question, when you have a question mark can you follow it with a coma?

    A question mark acts as a full stop I always thought, capital letter after it and all that jazz.

    No, that would be incorrect.

    For future reference, it is also spelt 'comma'!
    Unless you actually did mean to say 'coma', in which case I would say 'I don't know wtf u are talking about, man!'.
