    Hey,

I'm moving from Stockholm, Sweden to Blanchardstown in January, and it would be nice to know a little about what Dublin has to offer when it comes to Body art... The best place to go to for oldschool/newschool tattos? The best place to go and get pierced? What about conventions?

Bodyshock usually organise the Dublin conventions...they had this years one last June though, and I think they're aiming the next one to be for Novemeber 2006..There's a convention down in Cork every Summer too..

As for piercing in Dublin, I love Bodyshock in Temple Bar...I've gotten a lot done, by Paddy in there and I'd highly reccommend...
    Snakebite is good too

As for tattoo's..I've never gotten tattooed by any place in Dub, so someone else will have to recommend you somewhere ;)

JMD's in Waterford. A bit out of the way, but some amazing work.
In Dublin, Snakebite all the way.
