What are local feelings? is it bad for the peninsula?

speaking in a personal capacity, I would say it will be bad for the peninsula and for the neighbouring towns of Rush, Swords and Malahide. I feel that personally it is a regressive step for the county, as it goes against the accepted E.U. norm where each community looks after its own waste.
