    The cheapest i found im not sure about the site though.
    Mobile repair

    Fits the Nokia 6630 6680 and a few others.I paid 40€ for mine a month ago and now double the memory for less. :mad:

    Oh well.

    no they use single voltage ones afaik...this is a dual voltage

    6230/i mmc cards are very cheap anyway and you would get a 512 for 40 or less online.
