Memory compatability

Hi, I'm trying to sell some laptop ram on the Fs:computers board here. The guy looking to buy it says his configuration supposts PC2100 whereas my memory is PC3200. Will it still work on his machine but at the lower clock speed? Everything else points to them being compatable apart from that.

Yep it will work it will just default to lower speed
