    Recently bought a S7000. was wondering if i was printing A4 size photos how many million pixels should i set the camera to. is 6.0 enough or do i need to go up to 12. i can get more on the card if its set a 6! :rolleyes:

    If you want to print at A4 size use as many pixels as you can. I'm not too sure but I don't think 6.0 would be enough. Buy a few more memory cards if you have to. Memory is cheap, memories are priceless :)

    it's really a 6MP camera that resizes the image to 12 so i doubt you get that much of a quality increase in switching between the two on the camera but dosome test shots at the two quality settings of the same subject with the camera in the same position and judge for yourself

    if 12 is much better, you're bettter using it as it willl allow you to crop more and still get good prints
