    Hey,
I've got an ECS EZ-EZ TV Tuner card I want to install but I am having some problems.Software is WinDVR under windows xp.
I already got it up and running perfectly once but today I turned on the PC to watch TV and it didn't work.Found new hardware wizard thing popped up so I went through the procedure and it said it could not detect the card!
I tried moving the card to a different slot but same problem.
It's starting to get on my nerves. Can anyone give me some advice on what to try?
Probably a problem with my PCI slots if so what can I do?

    Thanks.

what other cards have you got in the other PCI slots? if they work then its not the PCI slots. If the PCI slots dont work then you may forget about the motherboard altogether.
Did you put the drivers on or is there an exclamation make under System/Hardware/Device Manager, if so then you need to reinstall the drivers.

    Hi thedyingrebel

My advise it to check the Device Manager like Ruu said.
    Under System/Hardware/Device Manager

If you have your card listed there delete it from the list and reboot. It should then find it as new hardware an reinstall it.
