    ok , myy oppinion, it looks grand, i'd read it.


    but at the same time, its targeted at houseowneres
    and i .. don't. i don't pay the bill..

    you should not... have the compittion on it. well not that one. too simple, make them work it out! eg:
    get them to calculate the average cost of keeping your bill down by 30%?
    option, the heat one?
    the tv one?
    the both?

    that is just an easy example. make them earn their mountian bikes!!!

    and for a prize, possiblely ... if their bill is lesssnend by 20% then you pay the next one!
    incentive to save... money, !

    but mountian bikes are grand.. jsut not for the average adult!

    the rest is grand! jsut the comp!
