    Just a reminder to let anyone who is interested

    At the Ward Kenpo Schools Walkinstown Club.

    Sunday the 18th of September,

    Kancho, W. Denis Ward will conduct a seminar on "Iron shirt Chi Gung", "Energy cultivatian" and an introduction to the history and use of the sword.

    All are welcome regardless of style or politics.

    Time's are 2 -00 pm to 4-00 pm
