Can anyone access the AIB Internet Banking service on their phone through the WAP/GPRS with Meteor? I could do it on o2 but it won't work with Meteor. All Im getting is "Couln't reach the indicated web server".

    The wap address is: www.wap.24hour-online.ie\wap/Presign.asp#outsideindex

I think it might not work because you left out https://

Anyway I use the following address and it always works for me on O2:

    https://www.wap.24hour-online.ie/wap/Presign2.asp#getreg

You'll have to place your cursor over the above address in Internet Explorer to see the link in full in the status bar because this forum keeps wrapping URL codes around it! Bah humbug! I don't know how to get around that myself.

Otherwise, exactly as written, including capitals (you never know when that might matter)

That bookmark goes directly to the reg number entry, which is handy.

By the by, does anyone know why "Server identity could not be verified. Continue with the secure connection?" has suddenly appeared every time I connect to wap? (on my K750) Wasnt like that last week. Its annoying coz its one more button press... Cheers :)

I tried that and all I got was "HTTP Error: 403 Forbidden" In a big red box.....
Maybe it's because Meteor are just shiite......

The reason you can access wap banking is the same reason you are getting this error. Its not really an error, its just telling you that your wap connection is over a secure wap access point, If you use a non- secure access point you can access such sites.

And this is probably why meteor guy can see his wap banking. I had the same problem on o2 but I rang them and they told me how to change the settings

I've tried secure and non-secure settings and still can't get through. I've sent an e-mail to Meteor with no response.....
