Areas in Limerick??

Hi, Just wondering can anyone tell me what would be the best areas in limerick to buy a house, Myself and my boyfirend are buying the end of this year early next year?Any ideas of good area's?? I am from the county myself so i dont know much about good areas in limerick!! :)

I personnally like the north circular road/Ennis road area, pretty much anywhere is good. Its within walking distance from the city and is quiet and generally looks nice! Also Raheen is good too, but its a busier area (due to the industrial estate) and its further from the city,
as in a bus would be necessary.
