I've read the thread below regarding Thai boxing in Dundalk or Drogheda. Since there are no definite details I've decided that there should be no problem posting this. I'm looking for any info on MA clubs in the north East. I've recently moved there and am looking for a new club, My history includes Judo, Ji Jitsu, Karate and Kickboxing. As I said looking for details on any clubs. With a preference for Dundalk, Duleer, Drogheda or Balbriggan. I will not be crossing the border for a club

Why won't you cross the border , sure your right like 2 miles from it in carlingford beside it. (us bandit country lads won't bite) :-)

A bloke called dessie murphy got a few mu gen do kickboxing clubs south armagh in silverbridge and forkhill, its no more than 30 mins from carlingford. in fact I think he might teach in newry too. look on kickboxing.ie ya might get the details, or someone who can recommend someone.

there was a ju jitsu in castleblayney a few years back.

Kickboxing in carrick mccross too, kickboxing.ie for details. see Fric Mcmahon re that .

kickboxing in dundalk Patrica Mcquillan was a champ in her day and has a KB club there , look on the site I recommended and I think there is Thai in dundalk too! dundalk might be your best bet. like a wee city these days so I am sure there is plenty of other sorts of MA clubs these days.

fire dragon dundalk and our wee kung fu suits as teenages.RIP...NOT!!!! ha ha
