What things are missing in the poker games that you play? What features could be added to the game you use? What is wrong with the games you use?

a lot of loaded questions there. main thing wrong is that I dont win all the time. i make lots of final tables but dont translate that into enough wins. fairly sure thats not what you are after though, but said i'd put it out there :-)

Online Poker for real money, including tournaments. ie. partypoker, poker stars, etc. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. What would you like in your online poker game?

better blind structers i.e.slower ones would be a start.

Can't really think of anything off the top of my head. I'd like to be able to cash in my frequent player point/paddy points for cash instead of having to use them for freerolls or crappy mechandise (like Party Poker for instance). Money would probably be the best way to reward regular players.

Is this market research for a new poker site or something?

Shortcut Keys for online and better blind structure in the MTT's. Ohh and some PPP exclusive Stt's might be an idea.

be able to setup your own 'auto-fold' range of hands depending on position. for example, i will never play A4 in first position, or 82 unless i'm in the blinds... it would be nice for the client to fold these hands automatically for you.

Yes, this is research for a new site, Thanks for all your suggestions,
I am a developer by the way. I will let you know when the site goes live, at which time you can all give your opinions. if you have any more suggestions, keep posting them

1. A poker game that is full screen, not a half-size window.
2. A visual indication of how much of your stack will it take to call (a simple pie-chart).
3. A line graph of your chips v average chips, over time from start of game to finish / knocked out.
4. A "light" above your opponents icon, indicating how they did when you were on a table with them, say red = they were better than you, green = you were better than them.
5. The local time of each player e.g. 6 a.m.
6. And if possible a large sign above each player saying "calling station"; "bluffer"; "rock"; "headcase"; "kamikazi"

1. Available on some sites, (can't remember which ones) I don't like it, nor would it work I'd say - no multitabling

4. UB let you do this - you can set it to 5 different colours

- Take the interface and it's features from Pokerstars
- Add in the UB colour dots on player notes and also UB's betting/showing hand options

Add in:
- the local time of the user
- an option to resize the window in a way that scales properly (so 468x123 works as well as 600x400)

If you have a say in what/how the site operates:
- Take the tournament and STT structure from Pokerstars.
- Have a good rakeback program instead of reload bonuses
- enable neteller and if possible withdrawal to bank account
- Have 24hr realtime support - ala tribeca

I'd say just combine Poker Stars and UB, pretty much how Imposter says, UB notes, and betting options, i.e. Bet Pot button, etc.

Imposter, I must say some excellent suggestions for both Pit Boss and toString.

1. have an animated dealer who scoops the chips from the centre and pushes them to the winning player just like real life. the satisfaction of winning a pot would be even greater then.

2. have the dealer point to the player whos turn it is to act along with a clear indicator over the avatar of the player. with auto fold, check/fold action moves too quickly making it sometimes unclear who the action is on. so this would help make it clearer than it currently is on pokerstars.

3. enable a player to show a mucked hand(where possible of course).

4. display my current highest hand i.e 'you have a straight 8910JQ' i hate pokerstars for not displaying this. i get paranoid i will lose concentration and not recognise my holding

An auto-check-fold option that goes to auto-fold once it has checked.

I hate it when you hit check-fold in early position, you check and then someone bets and you have to come back and hit fold.
