Networking through your power sockets?

    Saw this the other day, I was just wondering if anyone else has actually used it.

    Basically you plug your machine into it, then plug it into the wall socket and any other machines connected to the electrical outlets in your house, if they have the same connector then they can share printers or run TCP/IP over it. I have no idea how fast it is, or how secure.
