Anyone had an experience with www.nowafflecomputers.ie? My girlfriend is planning on getting a laptop and saw some cheap ones here (she wants a basic machine). Anyway, I've never heard of them before so I just want to check if they're dodgy or not.

Have a search for the old sticky. I think they're mentioned in it. It was something like "read this before asking where can I buy X".

Looks like someones been bulk buying on e-bay and srcing some new stuff from wholesale suppliers to me...

    Reasonable prices though..

as for details there registered under utv services on there servers. Search at 'Domain Dossier' for further details. Seem legit though...

company I know of called 'Etek' do a similar type of service as them...

I dunno now, I'd at least compare with Komplett (extremely reliable) before I make a purchase with them.

Second thoughts, for a laugh i pretended to buy something off of them (nowafflecomputers) and proceeding to checkout, and they're using the shared security certificate of UTV internet, smells fishy, if they were legit they'd be likely to have their own cert.
