Good news for South Park fans

    Don't know if this has been posted yet but here's some great news for South Park fans:

    Comedy Central has inked a deal with the creators of "South Park" to bring the long-running animated series back for three more seasons, the network announced Thursday. Executive producers Matt Stone and Trey Parker will write, direct, and edit 42 more episodes of "South Park." Currently in its ninth season, "Park" will stay put through 2008. "I was at Comedy Central when we launched the first season of 'South Park' and I am thrilled to see them continue through 2008," says Herzog. "Matt and Trey are creative geniuses and a huge part of the Comedy Central family and we look forward to continued success." A new season of "South Park" begins Oct. 19. The series started in 1997

    that press release is slightly wrong, a new season doesn't start october 19th they'll be finishing off season 9 as they have only done 7 episodes so far.

    the second half of seasons are always much better as they've had time to think about ideas.

    Well in even more good news

    Paramount Comedy, starting 10:35pm on Sept 19th are intending on showing every episode from all 9 seasons (dont it it will be a marathon or what) but they are going back to the very start

    Losing Edge was good.. Especially "BatDad" "Mr MARSH?? Who wants to hear from a Mr MARSH???? Here we go DENVER HERE WE GO UH".. But the funniest so far of season 9 was "Death of Eric Cartman" in my opinion..
    Terrorists (as cartman is shaking bells, etc) : "I don't know what the hell is going. This is so weird"
    That PSP episode sucked!! The only funny thing in it was the angel dude sniffing the marker.. seriously thought that was one of the worst episodes yet!
    I can't wait til the rest of season 9 is out
