Written by John Sullivan of Only Fools & Horses fame.

I thought it was trying hard to be Only Fools, in terms of zeitgeist. The scriptwriting was good and John Challis (Boycie), Marleen and Tyler did their best with it, but it just reinforced more and more in my mind that it is impossible to recreate Only Fools again.

The canned laughter didnt help matters.

Sitcom has moved on in terms of the feeling and occasional social commentary aspect of a programme. The Office and Extras have more relevance in that regard, I feel.

Despite this, because I am a fan of John Sullivans writing and the comedy was ok, I will watch it next week if I get the chance.

Anyone else have any thoughts on it?

    I agree...

... it was as if you were waiting for Del Boy to walk in the door any minute. It had it's funny moments tho.
