Finding Processor Speed

i have a p4 chip, but no working motherboard and i am not really sure of the speed. i got it from a Packard Bell iMedia 5106 whose spec is 1.5GHz, but the motherboard is a socket 478 rather than 423. could this be right. i originally thought it was 2.4GHz but i'm not sure why i thought this.

is there any way to confirm the processor speed without a working mobo?

    thanks

i was referring to mac daddys post above, he was referring to using cpuz but the OP cant as he has no working mobo. The OP wanted a list for AMD cpus like the one you posted for intel's
