    No idea why I'm posting this, except that I got a good chuckle out of the tagline. It was suitably...cheeky, considering the "serious" look of the poster.

    That and Summer Glau looks hot.

    The tag line is from a line in the movie. Where Mal says "I aim to misbehave"

    All in all a great movie. I really enjoied it.

    I'm not that big a fan of this poster. It looks like the marketing people are really going for the 'Buffy' crowd. Doesn't reflect the feel of the movie at all IMHO.
    Also, the rest of the crew look like cardboard cut-outs. :rolleyes:

    The German one, though.. that one's pretty good. Still has the 'Buffy' look, though. :( But I guess that'll draw in the crowds... I hope!

    That's what I thought also. My first reaction to the poster was "Mal looks like Angel!".

    I saw that poster in Pearse station t'other day. It gave me such a thrill! It's also up in UGC, as is the second poster (the one with River and the gun and Mal looking worried).

    Its the same as the Irish one. They even had that poster outside the movie area where Serenity was showing.

    I saw the poster in the Savoy, I'm not too gone on the whole 'it's all about River' impression it gives off with the fact that only half the cast are on it and really small by comparison. I think it would be better if it was pretty much the same but with Mal, Zoe, Jayne & co. pretty much to scale with her:

    "These cows are small but those ones out there are far away. Small. Far away"
