    Hi Lads,
I have a simple networking issue. I have a wireless network @ home. I have My Sony Vaio connected wireless to the router which works well.
Now what i want to do is, i have another laptop with no wireless only a 10/100 LAN Connection. Would it be possible to connect this laptop which is a Dell to the Sony via a Cat5 Cross-over cable & get internet access on this laptop also,

Any experts on this one out there,

    Regards.....

Readup on Windows Internet Connection Sharing.. It would most likely be a lot easier to buy a cheap USB or PCI wireless card for the Dell though. Easier to configure, easier to manage, and negatest he need to have the Sony on any time you want net access on the Dell.

Does your wireless router not have 10/100 rj45 ports on the back? Just plug your Dell straight in?
