TnT2 and kde

    linux is installed but wont go into kde becuz of my graphics cad not being supported.
    Whats the story?..what can i do ?..i can go to startx command prompt thingie and ligin there..its all text command prompt based though.
    If i can use xf86setup i should be able to configure it someway.
    How can i ?..whats the commands for run ...change dir ect?
    I'm a complete novice here.
    Any help at all is appreciated.
