Smell from furniture

Any idea how to get rid of smell from cloth suite. Furniture is about five/six years old and came from a very clean house where two elderly people live. (looks new). Cushion covers were removed an machine washed. Smell is not a dirty smell . I have used three bottles of Febreze so far and the smell is still there , maybe…
