Anyone know what the group ranges are for Axa and CN? I looked at a bike and on the spec it said Group 5/10 so I assume one is for Axa and the other is CN but I don't know which is which.

    Any help appreciated ;)

    Matt

From memory the lower scale is Axa and the higher CN. Bikebuyersguide magazine lists the insurance category for each bike in its new bike info listing.

Not a complete answer I suspect, but CN have a web site, insidebikes and there is this link that you coud use to search for all group X bikes.
CN have more groups than Axa: 18 according to this comparison (I thought it was 17) versus 12. You get the groupings for new bikes in BBG as already stated. Other mags like Bike Trader should have both groupings listed for older bikes.

...not sure, but don't CN use different ratings in the Irish market? That site is a UK one.........

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
