I have one of those Motorola headsets that are used for mobiles. This one connects to my Nokia 6230. Anyone know is there a way for me to use device on my pc when using VoIP?

    Hi Damien

I have been using Bluetooth on and off for the last few months with VoIP and it has been pretty effective.

First with a Belkin USB device, and then with a laptop that had bluetooth built in. Each time the laptop was also connected wirelessly without any apparent loss of quality.

I found paying a little more for a better headset eg. the yaber headset paid off for me, but that may have been down to location, location, location.

Originally I was using it with www.babble.net when it was free to call land lines but more recently with www.blueface.ie.

There have been times when it has been noticeable that 2 people can’t speak at the same time, but using something like the pap2 hardware setup seems to get rid of that.

Has anyone used the bluewalker VOIP kit as I'm thinking of buying one but I'd like to know if it's any good first.
