Externally Repeating

Hi. I'm after screwing up in my repeat exams.Can anyone on this board describe to me how one goes about externally repeating e.g. Who do i e-mail, How much do i pay, am i a registered student etc. Thanks any help would be brillant

afaik.

the cost is around 1000 + the reg fee as usual, so total of around 1700-1800 (how much is the reg fee?)

Cheers. Reg Fee is going up i think cause of the new theatre and stuff

External repeat charge ins €1,160 for this year

I might add however, if you have a valid reason to repeat the year - I had pnumonia for all my exams - the fees office will waive the tuition fees.

it's also 900e for each subject you repeat.

Go into the SU and talk to one of the officers for five minutes, or go down to Aras na Mac Léinn and ask at the fees office.

If you are to externally repeating you must contact your faculty office first and then admissions.

If you repeat internally, it depends on how many credits you are repating. If you are repeating 10 credits from 60 then you will be charged a sixth of the fees plus the non-tutition charge
