Ryanair cancellation question

If you cancel a Ryanair flight, do they refund you the taxes & charges?

I cancelled an Aer Lingus flight to Heathrow last month and they did this (the flight cost €25 and the taxes were €45, so I got most of my money back, which was helpful) and I was just wondering if Ryanair do the same?
